Once the detailed design is finalized, we provide a comprehensive cost estimate and project timeline. You’ll have the opportunity to review everything before deciding to proceed. If you continue with us, the design fee and down payment will be credited toward your total construction cost.

This phase begins after signing the construction contract and submitting the construction down payment. Payment terms are structured around key milestones, and progress payments are made based on approved progress reports. You’ll only make payments once each stage is reviewed and verified, ensuring full transparency and accountability throughout the build.

After final inspections and finishing touches, we hand over your completed project. We make sure everything meets our quality standards and your expectations, ensuring your new space is move-in ready and truly yours. Final payment also made at this time.
