Amaris Hotel

A renovation of 90 guest rooms for Amaris Hotel, focusing on refreshing the interior and upgrading the bathrooms to enhance guest comfort and functionality. The project aimed to elevate the experience within the hotel’s character — creating a cleaner, more modern, and durable interior suited for high turnover use.

Design and build

Simple Comfort, Smart Efficiency — the design embraces a bright, refreshing aesthetic that feels clean and inviting. Neutral tones are paired with signature accent colors to reflect Amaris’ youthful brand identity. The bathrooms were fully reconfigured for better accessibility, durability, and ease of maintenance, using compact fixtures and modern finishes that stand up to heavy daily use.

Renovation took place while the hotel remained fully operational, demanding precise scheduling and quiet construction methods to minimise disruption for guests. Each floor (15 rooms) was completed within a strict one-month window. Budget limitations were addressed through careful material selection — focusing on high-impact, long-lasting finishes that maintain a premium appearance while staying cost-effective.

The renovation was executed efficiently, completing 15 rooms each month without disrupting hotel operations. The refreshed interiors were well-received, reflected in a noticeable improvement in guest feedback and overall comfort perception.
