A full interior design and build for Apotek HEKA, a rapidly expanding local pharmacy chain with eight branches across Indonesia. Our team handled five locations developing a unified design identity that reflects HEKA’s vision of accessibility, care, and modern professionalism.

Design and build

The concept centers around Functional Clarity — a balance of practicality and brand recognition. The space combines bright, hygienic surfaces with HEKA’s signature green accents to create a clean yet inviting atmosphere. Modular shelving, efficient circulation, and standardised detailing ensure that every branch delivers a consistent customer experience while remaining easy to adapt, replicate, and maintain.

The main challenge was creating a recognisable and cohesive brand identity using primarily off-the-shelf materials — keeping construction efficient and cost-friendly. The solution focused on color, proportion, and lighting as key brand carriers, supported by repeatable modular fixtures. This approach allows for seamless duplication in future branches, ensuring visual unity and operational practicality across multiple cities.
