Collins Boulevard (1) is a full interior design and build project created for a young professional seeking a functional yet inviting living space. Every corner was designed to balance practicality with a sense of calm, making the compact unit feel airy, warm, and cohesive.

Design and build

The design concept centers around Soft Minimalism — a blend of clean lines, warm wood tones, and neutral palettes that evoke comfort without clutter. Subtle curves, textured surfaces, and accent lighting create visual softness, while natural materials add depth and tactile richness. The result is a space that feels effortless, balanced, and serene.

Working within a limited apartment footprint required precise spatial planning. Storage solutions were seamlessly integrated into the furniture — from the custom bed drawers to concealed cabinetry — maintaining a streamlined aesthetic without sacrificing function. Lighting design also played a key role, with layered illumination enhancing depth and ambiance across different zones.
