A design and build project focused on creating a high-capacity Honda dealership. The design's central challenge was overcoming a flood-prone, below-street-level site and solving a critical shortage of motorcycle storage space.

A full design and build of a three-storey mixed-use building in Jakarta’s CBD, combining modern office spaces with a restaurant. The project aimed to create a distinctive and highly functional development that maximises value and harmony within an irregularly shaped site.

Design Concept

Purposeful Corporate Branding: The design faithfully reflects Honda’s signature red and white identity. Featuring high visibility and easy accessibility, the building showcases an open showroom on the elevated main floor, optimised for seamless sales operations and enhanced customer engagement.

Challenges & Solutions

To address flood risk and limited storage, the design reimagined the building’s vertical layout. The original main floor was elevated to street level and converted into secure storage, while the former second floor was transformed into the new customer-facing main floor, providing a seamless, welcoming entrance from the street.
