Nine Tree Residence is a high-impact interior design and build project created as a sample house to showcase the potential of compact living within a new housing development. The client, a housing developer, needed an inspiring, move-in-ready vision to present prospective buyers.

The design embraces a Contemporary Urban Minimalist approach, focusing on visual expansion through texture and light. A warm palette of soft neutrals, light wood, and subtle charcoal or sage accents creates balance and calm. Custom-built furniture anchors each space, ensuring efficiency, harmony, and a tailored fit within the compact layout.
