A full design and build of a three-storey office for Yayasan RPRI, created to embody a modern, credible, and welcoming identity. Despite tight time and budget constraints, the space was designed to foster productivity and reflect the Foundation’s commitment to research and progress.

Design and build

Institutional Modern — a balance between professionalism and warmth. Clean lines, natural wood paneling, and touches of exposed brick bring texture and character, while maintaining a cohesive and confident institutional feel. Each space is designed to be purposeful, comfortable, and visually connected.

The project needed to accommodate many functional spaces within just two floors, while keeping the interior open, comfortable, and cohesive — all under a tight schedule and limited budget. Guided by the principle of form follows function, each decision was made with clarity and intent. Key attention was given to the reception and façade, where simple rhythmic louvers create a strong yet understated identity.

The new RPRI headquarters delivers a professional yet inviting workspace that reflects both integrity and modernity. It stands as proof that thoughtful design can elevate function and identity — even within the most demanding constraints.
